Are you a researcher/producer looking through the CONUS Archive to find potential video to use within your production? Here are a few tips that will make your job that much easier.
First, CONUS offers FREE research, so save some time and send us a wish list of the material you're looking for. With over 30 years of combined experience in working with the archive we can suggest the best material and save you loads of research time.

Don't forget that we're always posting video clips on our web site, sometimes new clips that we've just obtained and then sometimes old clips. If you need help keeping track of when we post video clips you can always check out the CONUS Twitter page where we always post a message that a new clip is available to view. Now you won't miss a beat when it comes to seeing samples of what our archive has to offer!
Also, be sure to check out all the various category pages, which contain many more samples of clips available for licensing.
You can find the CONUS Twitter account by searching for our username, 'Videorocks'. For more information, contact either Chris at cbridson@conus.com or Joe at jholub@conus.com, today! www.conus.com

Newly added clips to the surveillance and dash-cam categories of the archive include:
*Mr. Sleepy Steals Bait Car: A man steals a bait car and drives around town, looking disinterested, smoking a cigarette, bored. He can't even muster the energy to put his hands up for the cops until one of them grabs him by the hair.
*Can I Take My Chicken Wings With Me?: This poor guy was going through a nasty divorce and his wife falsely reported his pickup truck stolen. She then followed him around until he came out of a bar and then called in an anonymous tip to the police department of an intoxicated driver. After being pulled over and taken out at gunpoint, it was determined that he was intoxicated. All he cared about was whether he could keep his chicken wings he was taking home to eat.
*Remorseful Robber Returns Money: Surveillance video of teen robbing a Dunkin' Donuts at gunpoint, then comes back to return the ...
