After seven months, the Minneapolis, Minnesota skyline has been restored. Today, Metrodome officials inflated the stadium roof after extensive repairs were completed. It took about an hour for the roof to fully inflate. The roof had collapsed back in December under the weight of heavy snow that had fallen from a winter storm.

New footage is now available showing a massive natural gas fire that erupted Thursday morning (3/17/11) in southern Minneapolis along a busy I-35W freeway. Flames were reported to be shooting hundreds of feet into the air.

New footage available regarding the case of Koua Fong Lee, a Minnesota man that was sent to prison after a deadly sudden acceleration accident with the Toyota Camry he had been driving in 2006. Lee was released from prison pending a new trial but then learned that the local prosecutor said he would not be retried.

Minnesota GOP gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer received a scare during a town meeting held in Roseville, Minneosta. Emmer had called the meeting to discuss controversial remarks he recently made regarding tips and minimum wage pay in the hospitality industry. During the heated meeting, Robert Erickson, who opposes Emmer's views on immigration dumped a bag of pennies in front of the candidate, briefly startling him.

We've just brought in new video of an 8-foot alligator biting its handler on the arm during a performance at the Cotee River Seafood Festival in New Port Richey, Florida. The attack happened as the handler reached down to try to grab the alligator inside a shallow pool where he was performing. He began screaming after the bite but was able to get up just moments after the attack. The gator hit a major artery and the handler was flown to a hospital where he was in good condition after undergoing surgery.
