We've brought in a new 'dumb criminal' surveillance clip. One warning to the criminal minded, it's probably best that if you're going to break the law, it probably would be best to not rob the store that sells surveillance equipment. Police have clear images of the suspect who walked into the computer store that also sells surveillance equipment, as the man walks off with a laptop computer. Yep, not the brightest bulb in the box.
