New surveillance video is now available that shows some very well prepared burglars hitting a store's ATM machine, literally ripping it from the store and attempting to crack it open and steal the cash. But deputies responded to the 'robbery in progress" call and when the robbers saw the cops they took off and a high speed chase ensued. The thieves were soon arrested and charged with grand theft of an ATM machine.
