It's all caught on police dashboard camera. A man is charged with leading police on a winding, low speed chase on a scooter. The man was charged while intoxicated, resisting arrest, felony eluding police and destruction of property. As seen in the video, the man almost caused several accidents and narrowly avoids hitting one of the police cruisers head on.
