To start, no Toyota here but rather a 2007 BMW SUV. Dashboard camera video shows the deputy pulling over a driver for speeding. As the officer walks up to the driver the vehicle begins to back up, right into the deputies car. The deputy stands in the road in dismay, then walks up to the driver asking him for his license, registration and insurance. The driver almost backs into the deputies car a second time as he pulls forward. The driver is unsure why his beamer is backing up as he claims he put it into park but it didn't go. In addition there was no alcohol involved.
