Just In:
Footage now available showing a driver loosing control while trying to change lanes on a icy/slushy road. Additional footage includes another near accident as well as general winter storm footage as a major spring storm dumped heavy snow in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota region yesterday.
