Police dashboard camera catches an intoxicated teen driving a motorized shopping cart down a street after hed had decided he was too drunk to ride his bike home. The nineteen-year-old man had been drinking at a restaurant near a grocery store and felt he was too buzzed to ride his bike home so he "borrowed" the cart. He said he was planning to return it in the morning. Even though his blood alcohol level was .119 police did not charge him with DUI but did give him a municipal citation for theft.
